About the event
For those who want to take the bus to Philadelphia with us, here are the details:
If you haven’t sent in the $40/seat, it would be great to receive it since Ed is paying for the bus up-front. You can send a check:
DVDC (Delaware Valley Democratic Club)
P.O. Box 191
Milford, PA 18337
Or send me credit card info (cardholder name, card number, exp date, zip code and number on back.) to egragert@gmail.com.
The bus holds 46 passengers, so we have some seats left. And if we need it (like last year), we can reserve a second bus if we known the next 2 weeks.
Logistics:
The Avery Bus will load at 6:30 am at either the Key Foods parking lot at 501 Harford Street in Milford, PA or the K-Mart plaza parking lot in Matamoras (to be confirmed this week). We will stop near Stroudsburg to pick up some additional marchers in Snydersville: http://bit.ly/2CwmSCq The bus should arrive in Snydersville at 7:35-7:45 am.

You should register for “tickets” at: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/womens-march-on-philadelphia-2018-tickets-41102604998. They are not required, but it gives the organizers a sense of how many people are coming.

Reminders:
We may make a restroom stop, but we will not stop for food, so if you would like food on the trip, bring it with you. There is a restroom on the bus.
There are no electrical outlets or wifi on the bus, so come fulling charged and/or with an external charger.
We will be making signs on Wednesday, Jan. 17th from 8-8:30 pm at the Patisserie at 403 Broad street in Milford after the Delaware Valley Democratic Club’s meet/greet with Judy Herschel. Consider having the signs on a string so that you can wear them around your necks and keep your hands in your pockets. We’ll have info on weather as we get closer to the march date.
Great that all of you can join this important action! Feel free to call or email if you have any questions.
