Judy Herschel is a Democratic Candidate running for U.S. Congress in 2018 for Congressional District 10. A certified drug/alcohol counselor, community advocate, and responsible gun owner, Judy will speak about her vision for the future of PA District 10.
Background: Judy's family goes all the way back 7 generations in Susquehanna County whose family's military service runs from the Revolutionary War to current day.
