DVA! to host next No Kings Rally on October 17, 2026, 1-3 pm
On October 17, 1-3 pm, we will hold a No Kings: Vote Early Rally in front of The Pike County Courthouse, 412 Broad St., Milford. This event is not just a rally, but a day of nonpartisan voter participation. We’re turning people power into voter power. We know voting early is crucial in giving us the agency to make our voices heard on our own terms, before Election Day, before the last-minute chaos, and before anyone else can decide what happens next.
No Kings: Vote Early is about making sure every eligible voter has a plan to vote early, knows their options, and is ready to make their voice count. Because in America, the people choose their leaders. Leaders do not get to choose who votes, whose voices matter, or what future our communities deserve. Local organizations tabling at this event will include Pike County Democratic Committee, The League of Women Voters, Delaware-Dingmans Twps. Democratic Club and more.
This event will be a family-friendly, fun day for all.

In 2026 we face an existential election for the future of democracy. We will focus on issues of concern to residents of Pike County, PA and on electing progressives in line with our values to local, state and national positions.
In addition, all of the candidates endorsed by DVA! won their positions in the 2026 Primary Election--the wave is coming. We hope you will consider running for a local position in 2027.
Get involved with DVA! Attend our monthly Get-Togethers (generally 2nd Wednesday of the month from 6-7:30 pm) at the new DVA! Community Engagement Center at 315 Broad Street in Milford. Visit our Facebook Page, subscribe to our weekly newsletter (below). Donate. Volunteer in vote-by-mail voter registrations and campaign activities. Fill out our volunteer application to get started.
Community Engagement Center: We have a year-round space in downtown Milford for community activities. We have a Free Store for early parenting supplies (diapers, wipes, etc.). A number of clubs (youth group, art, book, mahjong, knitting/crochet, drum circle, chess, ukulele, etc) on weekdays. In addition to the clubs' schedule, the Center is currently open for drop-in Friday 12:30-3 pm.
